Spenser — Inbound Voice Agent

The AI receptionist that answers our phone. Call it.

Call (510) 905-0154 and play a small business owner curious about AI. Ask anything — Spenser will ask a few questions back, tell you whether Webspenser is a fit, and offer to book a call on the spot.

What it does

Spenser answers Webspenser's inbound line around the clock. It asks a short set of qualifying questions, figures out whether the caller is a fit, and either books a discovery call directly on the calendar or schedules a callback. Every call ends with a structured summary in the CRM and the right follow-up email already queued.

It is the same build we deploy for clients: swap the number, the qualification questions, and the calendar, and it works for a plumber, a dental office, or a law firm.

How it's built

Telnyx provides the number and SIP trunk. Retell AI runs the conversation on a single-prompt agent with a defined qualification sequence, fit tiers, and objection handling. When the call ends, Retell posts a structured post-call analysis to n8n, which upserts the contact and pipeline stage in Attio, triggers the right Loops sequence, and notifies the team. Booking happens live on the call through Cal.com.
