Every agent we ship is built the same way. It carries a written contract for what it may do, an adapter for each tool it works in, a guard that stops anything outside the rules, and a list of the steps it's allowed to run when no one is watching.
That structure is what makes an agent safe to hand real work to. It's checked when we publish, when a session opens, before every tool call, and before anything goes on a schedule.

It drafts everything and sends nothing. It can mark a contact do-not-contact but never clear it. It never deletes or merges a record. Those aren't instructions it might forget; they're enforced on every call.
Pick when each stage runs. A Monday 08:00 digest, prospecting overnight, follow-ups mid-week. Only the stages that are safe to run unattended can be scheduled.
